The Main Street Singers, a group of Los Altos High
School students, are inspired by a commitment to excellence,
which is their trademark. They perform a variety of choral
literature ranging from Renaissance to contemporary in over
100 concerts yearly.
Under the direction of Mark
Andrew Shaull, the Main Street Singers have achieved
a truly international reputation completing concert travel
to 54 countries spanning six continents and performing works
in twenty-six languages. In their twenty-one-year history,
the ensemble has sung over 175 international concerts. They
have performed with the Beijing Youth Philharmonic, San Felice
Orchestra of Florence and the Lima Philharmonic.
